Attention To All Potential Buyers

Attention to all potential buyers. The car is really bad and I have booked it from a dealer in Bangalore. Location ORR near Mahadevapura. I have booked and then the worst buying experience of the car has started. They are so horrible, they don't even have a communication point. They have an app and customer service who says MG informed them to inform me. Who the hell is MG if I am calling MG customer care. Then they asked me to report it by their email. After collecting my details the email team never. We three friends have booked a car on the same day and at the same time. For they 2 they somehow gave the delivery. For 1 they have missed and they almost forgot that I have booked the car. After reaped calls and tickets and visiting the store. They agree that they missed it somehow and are ready to do nothing about it. Not even an apology. They are absolutely useless when it comes to service. The manager Naveen and Sai promised me an immediate callback or with a day with resolution and nobody has ever called me after that. I would suggest you all please buy here only if you want yourself to experience the world's worst service, I am writing this out of sheer frustration. Even if I could save at least 1 person from this pathetic experience that will be helpful. Please help me here, I am planning to take a leave for 1 week and visit the showroom and educate people about their service to the potential buyers. Please let me know if anyone can join me with a similar experience for educating about MG's worst experience.
