After Sale Support Is Worst
Kia doesn't have any escalation matrix mechanism? When you purchase a new car RSA will be provided by Kia itself but if you raise a request you don't get the service even after the weeks have passed Maruti is far better in terms of service support. But the car is overall good but support is the worst. Avoid Buying Kia vehicles.

New Car With Nightmare

Not Recommended, Do Not Buy.
Very Bad Pick Up & a very bad average. It's been 2 months, and on the highway, you won't get any good pick up and giving an average of 11-12 kmpl, after approaching the service center, they took my car, made it drive on a straight road for 10 km at single gear at 50-60 speed and showed me an average of 15kmpl. I have been using Kia Carens Prestige for the last year. I drove 20,000 KM. 1. The mileage is 21 on highways even at a speed between 100-110. 2. Very spacious 3. Needs Improvement
In an a7-seater car third row is not comfortable. By look wise not a solid car. Window glass is big enough and easily breakable. pick up is not up to mark. Side glasses are manually adjustable. Need Improvement
It was horrible driving during nighttime since the headlights are too deem. Hill climbing is very difficult on 2nd gear and must go on 1st gear only with more acceleration. Too much dust entered the car from behind. I had visited the Kia service station in Goa to get the issues fixed but the advisor could not do much than say, everything in the car...மேலும் படிக்க
