Never Buy Mg..

I bought the MG Hector Smart Pro, NextGen, on 30th May, but on 20th June, my Hector's gear got locked just after running 1200 km. I went to the service centre, and they said there was no problem and did a regular checkup. They mentioned there was air in the clutch. When I asked why it happened in a new car, they had no explanation. The next day, the same issue occurred again, and no gear was engaging. I took my new car to the service centre again, and they kept it for 5-7 days, saying they diagnosed it with higher MG flying doc. After I got it back, they assured me that it would never happen again, but after one week, the problem resurfaced. I called the dealer and requested them to replace the vehicle because it was brand new, and I was facing a lot of problems with it. This time, the issue happened on the highway, and I had to call for roadside assistance as the vehicle was not in a driveable condition. After that, they said there was a problem with the clutch and replaced the clutch kit and bearing. I got my vehicle back on Sunday, 16th July, but on Wednesday, 19th July 2023, the gear was not engaging again. So my advice to everyone is to never prioritize features over the drivability of a vehicle. What good are features if you can't drive the car properly?
