MI1.2 - MARUTI IGN ஐஎஸ் (DELTA - 1.2L)

Purchase - Ignis Delta 1.2L Petrol Followed since commence of booking in January'17. After comparing family hatcback options prevailing that time in market, concluded on MI1.2 Delta and booked in April'17. After three months of waiting period, finàlly got delivery in July'17. The experience of complete transfer of ownership through NEXA is seamless. The exterior appearance is unique & unconventional and appeal toll boy design. The inerior is with ok space and accommodate four adults+one child comfortably with movemantable leg rooms. The instrument cluster view and reach is convinient. The overall visibility from the driver seat is very good. The music system is also good and fairly enjoyable for listening songs. Regarding, bootspace, safety features and ground clearance, no comment as it's spec is enough. The engine performance is quite superb (understood that it is obtained from previous blockbuster Maruti Swift) and no sound in cabin while running. Gear shifting at very primary usage require little effort but after usage it is seamless. The milage avearge in city is about 16-17 kmpl wherasas on highway it is about 23.2 kmpl. At delivery time from showroom, panel shows average of 6.8 kmpl@46 kms run and presently shows average of 23.0 kmpl@6900 kms run. Mostly drive in the range of 80-90 kmph but at few occasions drive in the range of 100-110 kmph and found good stablity and grip over the road. The response and menaovure in b2b traffic, hilly roads, curves, pote holes is also good. The only con's is AC system. During peak summer, its response at setting 1&2 is not serve the purpose and at higher setting eventually we need to comrpomise with speed, pickup... Happy to hear that sales volume clock around average of 3,500-4,500 unit per month since its launch...!!!
