Bought it in 2023, it is good car but facing issues with gear, break, dashboard rattling noise. Service center people need training to sell their product. I was asking if there was any AMC for servicing. Apart from that all good.

I purchased tata punch on March 2024 I completed 3 services also mileage is on 14-16 only, good performance but space is conjustiing in middle and also the good for city driving

Seating space back seats much lesser compared to other brands like kia and Suzuki. service is pathetic. Rubber and plastic parts are of cheap quality. Paid service is very expensive

Ovarall good experience if consider this price range the power is more then enough, and also safety is much better then this sagment cars. But we face an issue in service centre they will not listening us properly and take more time then usually, hope Tata will take up this problem on serious note because this is the main complaints against the Tata motors

MILAGE IS NOT GOOD SERVICE CENTRE ARE BAD , REST SAFITY IS GOOD , IF YOU WANT TATA CARS ONLY THEN ITS GOOD TO GO BUT THERE ARE OTHER OPTIONS IN THE MARKET YOU CAN CONSIDER IN SAME PRICE

TATA punch is overall good car, mileage is bit less, service cost is high, you can consider it for long drive with family over than wagon r only concern is mileage

Very good experience with our tata punch. Nice to having tata punch and service and over all services. We are so pleasant to buy tata's car and I'll recommend to my friends and family to buy this car

I have brought car 2 months ago which is phase 2 CNG adventure rhythm variant. Now, 2500 kms driven in which 50-50 highway and city with traffic conditions. Initially car not smooth but after 1000 kms getting smoother. However, I was using Hyundai i10 earlier which is smooth from day one. There is sure lag for pickup but, it can accepted as car is good weight and we can feel weight while driving. Good thing pure SUV feel while driving with good steady response. Getting mileage of 20-21 km per kg in city and 26 to 30 at highway (did 800 kms long journey and tested milage on every fill) negative point is getting metal collision noise if car goes in big pit hole in speed above 30 kmph this point shown in service center they change shock absorber but, this is still remain even, I have checked feedback with one more punch buyer he has same issue. Another standard issue of fit and finish which is complimentary from TATA. I will rate 3.8 star out of 5 because of noise issue.
