Good Family Car For Budget Below 5 Lakh

This is a great car with a lot of space, mileage, nice interiors and exteriors. It has created a new segment both in terms of price & features. Though it is a 3 cylinder engine you will not feel it while driving as it has a great pickup (petrol). Gear shifting is very smooth, unlike other Tata models. It has 2 driving modes Eco and City. If you are on Eco mode on highways, you will get 23 to 24 KMPL without A/C and 21 to 22 KMPL with A/C if you maintain an average speed of 80 to 100 KMPH. It has a neat dashboard and gives multiple options for storage like water bottles, mobile, Tab holder, ticket holder. The instrument cluster has a tachometer, average fuel consumption, distance to empty, trips which are normally not found in any cars below 5 lacs. It has a good boot space, legroom and head room. Coming to exterior it has the latest design compared to other Tata cars. Totally this car is a great choice for someone who is looking for a great pickup, good mileage, decent space which is under 5 Lakh (depends on variants). Pros: Competitive pricing by Tata, great pickup, good mileage, decent space and great features. Cons: Wheel size of R13 for XB, XE & XM variants & lack of ABS even in the optional pack.
