Volvo has been in India for quite a while now and it seems it wants some serious business. I was always fond of XC90, the luxury interiors soothe my eyes, but since my budget was under 70 lakhs, I decided to wait for a while until last year December to place my hands on second-generation Volvo XC60. The SUV competes in the mid-sized SUV segment where already Audi Q5 and BMW X3 are popular among the folks. For many, Volvo XC60 will not be an imposing stuff but it does give that chunky and attractive look of an SUV. One would hardly complain about the premium cabin blessed with tons of equipment. And the most interesting aspect which made me inclined towards this SUV is the safety mark of Volvo with the car proudly holding the 5-star safety rating. However, one must look the sales and service centers as Volvo is still struggling with expanding its network.
