Reason to shortlist the car: I wanted a car that was well connected to the service centre and flexible with customer service, which also was within the budget. Pros: 1. Good Pick-up and mileage 2. The gear shift is smooth 3. Can seat 3 members in the rear comfortably. 4. Good service centre reaches 5. customer-friendly support team with MS. Cons: 1. Poor Build Quality 2. Bad handling with pot-holes. 3. Don't feel safe driving at speeds above 80kmph After Sales service is good as the customer support team follows up frequently. The cost involved with servicing is nominal. Overall experience with the car is okayish.
