Incredible to drive and own

It's an incredible vehicle to drive at all speeds and road conditions, writing this review after a year of driving. Tried it in both city and highway driving conditions. The seating position is low but visibility is very good, not just front view, its good for all around view. In the rear also the visibility is perfect. For summers though its useful to have sun protectors. Lots of interior space for both rows as well as the boot. Boot opener is low and easy to load any kind of luggage. Many scoops on the doors to hold a number of stuffs that you may like. Road hold on highways is good, I could cruise at a top speed of 140/150 kmph on NH7 and could stop the car as quickly as in few seconds within 10 yards. Braking is just superb and I was surprised multiple times on many occasions speeding thru different roads. Always planted. The engine is quite and smooth in all speed terrains. In some roads, the tyre noise is more than the engine. Sometimes I was not sure if the engine is started or not. The responsive engine is nice to be with. There is a CVT lag but once you are used to it you will know when to press the accelerator and when to brake. Its very easy to reverse this car with the help of the rear parking camera. The camera view options are very useful. The AC is nice and effective at all seasons. Nearing 10000 KM and I am satisfied that I just have to stick to the scheduled regular servicing only. Never have to visit the service center for any reason. Recently completed a long trip from Bangalore to Wayanad to Ooty and back a total of around 800 KM in just 3 days time. Ooty hairpin bends I tried to climb in sports mode. Though the road was crowded I was managed to reach 3 and 4th stage a couple of times. Maruti ertiga just running ahead of me was struggling to climb but I never felt not holding the road even for a single time. Both cars are fully loaded with all seats occupied with luggage. Steering feedback is good. At higher speed, it weighs up and feels more on control than compared to Maruti Baleno where the steering becomes light and difficult to use. The entertainment system is all touch screen so little bit of difficult to use while driving but steering mounted controls help here. Sound system and speakers are very good. With alloy wheels, the car looks excellent on the road. Few things I would love to have, like automatic lights, rain sensing wipers, tinted glass and projector headlamps. The instrument cluster is just perfect. It has light indicators that shows if the accelerator is pressed properly against the speed or not. If it is economical or not etc. Anyways the average mileage is a good 15 KMPL that includes the use of climate control throughout. Bluetooth pairing with both iPhone and Android works as expected. Voice command is not very reliable but works okay. Bluetooth coverage is a good 10 meters plus. I never used the CD/DVD player till now. Connectivity options are aplenty. Ground clearance is good enough for any roads I have traveled till now around Bangalore, Chennai & Kerala. Overall a reliable, smooth, comfortable, stylish and useful car.
