Pathetic AMT Version கார்கள்

After 20 years of living abroad, I came back to India in 2016 and decided to buy a Celerio VXI AMT model. To my surprise, I was shocked to find out how the Japanese introduced the AMT models in Maruti which is basically outdated worldwide. The cars have no pickup, hardly any power in the city driving and worst mileage. I kept on complaining to the dealer regarding the same for the last 3 service intervals and they told me that the AMT models have these issues and nothing cannot be done about it. Later in 2018, my car developed a problem of shuddering of the engine to which the dealer changed the clutch plates and adjusted the electronic clutch settings. Since then my car engine has become worst and there is more shuddering in both forward and reverse and the dealer still maintains that the AMT models have these problems. Its been twice they have tried to adjust but in vain. The Milage in the city is only 11.3KM/L, which is the worst in any other brand in the market. The service cost at the interval remains high but the car performance is diminishing at just 26000KM. I humbly request Mr. R. S. Kalsi to stop harping on sales figures and look at after sales service also. The dealerships are in a mess with untrained manpower and obsolete service equipment. Moreover, the quality of manpower in both sales and service is pathetic and Maruti should soon do something about it. Also, stop this AMT and introduce CVT transmission as a decent automatic version.
