    Worst Customer Service and Quality

    I recently bought Tata Nexon and it has coolant pipe problem, car broke down on the very next day of delivery on mid-road. Also has problem in clutch plates and pickup. Worst services by the service centers and they do not take any responsibility and did not bother to give a courtesy call.

    Waste of money.

    Pathetic looks, pathetic mileage, pathetic services from Tata. Noisy engine, old fugly looks, no premium-feeling after spending 9 lacs.

    Very much disappointed with average.

    I am having XZ+ petrol and really disappointed with the average as I have driver 8500kms so far and still getting 8 or max 9 km/Lr. After complaining to the service center, I have been told that it might get increase after 3rd service.     Best Car vs. Worst Service

    Only 2 stars because of their service. This car deserve 5-stars, Tata has made a superb car, a perfect machine. So far drove 2000km no issue, awesome vehicle. I love it. The servicing is amazing.

    Poor Performance & Service

    I took tata Nexon before four months back but this is a very poor car because every day I am facing different types of problems, after purchasing it within approx 120 days during this period my car went to the service center approx 16 to 20 days for problem maintenance. I suggest to all please don't purchase.

    Nexon Review - XZA

    All performance except Air conditioner is good. Positives: Interior design, features, entertainment system Negatives: Air conditioner has got a lot of problems. After 3000 km, cooling drops by 50%. When circulation mode is changed to fresh air, foul smells come in the vent. Service engineers are unable to solve both cooling and smell issue.     Bad experience

    When I bought a new Tata Nexon last week it was giving vibrations and a different sound. I was having a problem with the engine and then on the next day sent the car to the workshop, instead of a temple.     Gear Box Stuck Engine is Jerky and Steering Jam

    I have Tata Nexon but from the next day, I'm getting problems of Steering wheel jam when I round the wheel totally to the left or right. Also, I faced power lag or pause in acceleration i.e jerk in the engine which is very disappointing. One more thing is the gearbox which always gets stuck in between or pushes back.     After 2000 KM's. Don't Go for Nexon

    We bought the XM model. With 100% nationalism spirit to support make in India. Poor service, Poor customer care department, itching sounds while shifting gear, poor suspension, and interior finishing. Not seen Touch of quality. Tata meant for Call Taxi only. My money Gone

    It's looks big.. but accommodate only four adults,. Very poor insulation he can hear all out side noise, WHILE SHIFTING GEARS SOME NOICE .. POOR SERVICE.. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.. don't go for this

    Tata nexon

    I bought Nexon in March 18 till now it hv travel 12000 km. In this period 8 time I visited to service center. Again problem in break, whenever i do  slow breaking noise comes.     Cheater Brad .

    Cheat thr customer by fake advertisement of active key wristband which was going to be offered as accessories but it's was not yet developed yet. Feeling cheated by this act.     Prob in gear shifting

    Multiple nexon problems

    I bought nexon diesel xz+ in diesel thinking tata motors have improved with their cars but my thinking was wrong. Within 1st month i noticed that my seat belt could not be put on the driver side when i increased the seat height which required loosening of the anchors.
