Best Features- The ride quality. Shocks are very hard. Driving position could be better . Overall Experience-After using a Baleno, I thought I would have a much better driving experience with cruze. I bought a Cruze LTZ about 9 months back and completed almost 29000 kms. I was earlier using Ford Fiesta and Jetta. My experience with this car is good except the attitude of GM's service centers. Mileage: 11kms-city driving Best Features: Looks-really macho. Needs to improve: clutch in LTZ-very hard- especially for city driving. Overall Experience: Manual transmission not comfortable for city driving at all

I have been driving LTZ from Feb,2010, every day. I found it to be a really pleasurable experience in every way possible. How ever, the free service offered by the dealers is miserable. I am seriously contemplating whether I should search for private mechanics for better servicing of this vehicle!
