Apple Carplay is not working,Company charging 600RS android

Dear All,I recently bought Nexon XZ+ diesel version, i was very much impress with its build and other features but unfortunately not happy with the tame taken by company to release carplay option. Dealer has no information how to connect latest smartphones to the car. I think company need some improvement on representative training about these things.
