    Poor Parts Used By Kia Seltos

    Great Vehicle With Worst Service Centres

    I am using this for only 4 months and within my second service from Turbhe Navi Mumbai, I hear a horrible sound from the engine while accelerating this is what I found If you hear a whining noise while accelerating your Kia, but the noise isn't present when your vehicle is idle, you need to visit the service centre right away.     Ride Quality And Comfort Not Good

    Aftermarket very low resale value and no comfort in the car, it's maintenance cost very high. This car is not safe.

    Kia Seltos Drawbacks

    Suspension is worst. Car just driven 5000 kms. Noise all over the cabin when driven over 120. Tyre roughness, noisy engine in pot hotel rattling all over the instrument panel and dashboard .

    SELTOS IS A MOBILE COFFIN & WILL TAKE ITS OWNER

    DT 23 12.2020 While driving my Seltos lost control due to the sudden collapse of the Seat. Later observed set weld joint breakage. Poor response from KIA. No alternate car provided I was on roads very pathetic experience KIA CARS ARE NON-SAFETY, NON RELIABLE NON DURABLE.

    Worst Quality Not Recommended.

    I bought a new KIA Seltos in July 2020, Faced break down issue many times, even in service also not identified, recently met with a serious accident, tire busted and the car flipped twice, luckily no one injured, please better don't buy this KIA Seltos.

    Pathetic Customer Care.

    I went to Kia Dhone but the experience was pathetic as they didn't have a car for a test drive. , So I left without taking a test drive, and to my surprise, the sales manager instead of being polite and suggesting to send the car to my place to test drive tells me to come back when the car is available.     Bad Performance And Customer Service.

    We have bought Kia Seltos in March starting so there was an error showing some tire pressure problem in one of the tires. We asked the showroom people to see to it. They keep telling us that it must be a tire puncher we only had to look into it.     Servicing Is Too Bad.

    Servicing people they are not concern about customer requirement. They took 15 days time to repair small denting still they didn't and they resist replacing the damaged parts rather than Insurence company. The suspension is like traveling in a tractor, and the used material is very thin on top This is my one-month experience.

    I have given my Kia Seltos vehicle for repairs and service in Gatchibowli service center, Hyderabad on 20th October 2020. They delivered the vehicle after 10 days with partial work done.     After 1 Year, I Am facing A Ton Of Problems.

    My kia Seltos is a1 Feb 2020 model has breakdown four times in 7 months of my purchase due to manufacturing defect with every time new problem and new explanations and new assurances but the problem being unresolved.

    Should Not Buy Any Car From Kia

    Very Poor Car

    Very poor car main to fas gaya hu lekar please ab koi na fase isliye main bol rha hu. Very poor service untrained staff meri gaadi 8 days se service center me khadi hai but koi abhi tak ye nhi bata pa raha hai ki gaadi me problem kya hai. I'm very disappointed.

    Satisfactory car

    The engine takes its own sweet time to pick up, AC is not powerful, road bumps hit you hard because the suspension is rock hard, infotainment hangs or lags. It's a product with competitive pricing.

    Most Worst: Warning Alarm

    I am very upset because of the warning alarm as the speed limit is 80. On-highway you will across 80 at least 30 times as per Indian highway so, you are eligible for 80 speeding warning. It is very upset from this if you cross 120, ready to here bell until your speed goes below 120.
