The Lexus ES is powered by a combination of a 2.5-litre petrol unit and an electric motor that produce 178PS/221Nm and 119PS/202Nm, respectively. When combined, the engine and the electric motor together churn out 218PS of power. Lexus offers the ES 300h with an e-CVT gearbox.
The Lexus ES comes with ten airbags, ABS with EBD, hill launch assist, vehicle stability control, a tire pressure monitoring system, and ISOFIX child seat anchors as part of its safety equipment.
