Pick up and Mileage is very poor total money waste

Dear friends, This is my personal experience in Tata Tiago, after 1 year and 3 services over. pickup & mileage are very poor, i have visited service center 4-5 times with same compliant, but no use, what is the action plan from TATA nothing, we are loser of money, Ratan Tata is Brand of the India, but no use for customer, don;t give false message to public our mileage is 23.64 km, how could your engineers checked my vehicle just coming 14.50 km, why big difference in mileage, no pickup in 3-4 gear. looking & others are ok, common public mileage & pick up. why your unable to rectify the issue. please rectify above issue.....
