A bitter experience with Tata Tiago (XT) car

I purchased a Tata ?Tiago (XT) car from  Duliajan (Assam) on 26th Oct. 2017. Along with the purchase I was offered a scratched card in which I got one gram gold. I was informed that the value of one gram gold will be credited in my saving account. Now it is more than three months, despite of repeated inquiries; the amount has not been credited to my account. The car has tyre size 14 inches, but the spare tyre has size 13 inches (one inch smaller than the other four).On my enquiry from the dealer, I was informed that as per the international norm, smaller spare tyre is provided. These spare tyres are meant for temporary use only. I checked other cars in Show Room in Duliajan and I found that in Tata Tiago base models, and top models as well as Tata Tigore cars, these international norms are not followed. No such information was provided in brochure or website. Why the customers of Tata Tiago XT models are are deprived of the tyre with appropriate size. These international norms are probably not followed by manufacturers. Had this information been published in the website, or brochures, I would not have opted for Tata cars.
