Good Product with very bad service network

Look and Style : Better as compared to others in the segment Comfort : comfortable with plenty of space Pickup : Good Mileage : 17-18 Kmpl, Good Best Features : In built imbobilizer,adjustable steering Needs to improve : Steering is a bit hard as compared to Swift Overall Experience : No complaints with the product but service network needs to be served with stern warning that if they continue to ignore customers expectations they should better shut down. I strongly believe Tata Motors service network is only running bcoz Tata is a brand name that enjoys great customer loyality. I would request you pl do not allow them to ruin it. This I am sharing on behalf of my experience with M/S Raj Motors Rohtak. The agency was keen to change every fluid, oil, coolant etc which even though if not replaced will do for another 3 months but the major complaints still went unadressed.
