the market இல் The most under rated SUV
I bought this car couple days back. Already added over 500kms on this vehicle. The buying process was better than expected. Deccan Honda (Pune) really gave an awesome offer (since I bought 2 cars at once - BRV and WRV). I previously owned Honda city and am also a proud owner of VW Polo GT TSI. Before decidng upon Honda BRV, i have tried and tested Hyundai Creta, Mahindra Marazzo, Tata Hexa, Ford eco sport. Didnt look for XUV and the desired variant for Innova was out of my budget. However, let me list the advantages & disadvantages of BRV over Creta; ECOsport and Breeza. I believe the closest rival to BRV is Creta. The Creta's dashboard and design is better compared to BRV and I believe that's the only area where the Creta scores over BRV. Now talking about seating comfort, the first row seats are pretty comfy and offer good back and thigh support. The leg room is decent as well. Based on my driving position the person behind me has ample leg space, say about 100mm which is pretty cool. With passenger seat reclined and full rear, there is still decent space btw 2nd row person knees and passenger seat back, say about 60mm. An adult of less than a medium build can still occupy middle seat without any discomfort. The hump on the floor is small so that there are no issues while spacing the legs. Well done Honda for that. The one touch fold and tumble for 2R seats work well, the 2R comfort reclines are nice to have for long drives. Not many people will think of that option but it is really nice to have feature on the seat. The 3rd row seating is meant three children or 2 medium size adults. Though on long journeys, the adults may feel an discomfort. with all three seats folding, its better not to brag about the boot space. My V-CVT is butter smooth and i must say, engine noise is non-existent. The 210mm ground clearance was known when i drove over some rough roads with deep pits and also mountain sized speed breakers in my area where usually my polo's underbody scratched many a times. With CVT you cant expect a pick up like manual, leave alone a deisel engine but it does pull through when needed. However, that was not my prime concern while buying the car. In city, i have noted an avg of approx 11.5 kmpl while 16kmpl on highways is what I got. Not bad for Mid sized SUV and at par with Creta petrol (my friend owns an Creta AT). The exteriors of BRV are excellent and a lot better than frog shaped ECO sport and match box Brezza. While ford eco sport does score in terms of features provided , Brezza is not even worth a mention. Overall me and my family are very happy to BRV and I still wonder why we dont see so many BRVs on the road. Probably the marketing team of Honda have their hands full with Amaze and WRV. FYI, I work in an automotive seating design and manufacturing industry, hence I can really judge which cars do offer better packaging with available resources, and I must say Honda has done an awesome job with this car.

Front seats adequately comfort but 2nd row firm seats NVH OK not great Driving dynamics near to duster and ecosport but far better than creta scorpio or xuv Honda ENGINE and Toyota engine are very reliable that's where my choice endedமேலும் படிக்க7 3
- Great Car: Honda BR-VI used Honda BR-V for around 1 yrs. I like the performance of the Honda. It is not good looking as compare to other but its comfort is awesome. The cost of maintenance is average. It is a 7 seated so I have a lot of boot space. The disadvantage is it has no back camera and touch screen. At 12.4 lakh I prefer Honda BR-V is great.மேலும் படிக்க15 1
