Ford Figo Diesel long term user review

I own a Ford Figo Diesel. The car is fun to drive both in the city and highway. The steering is firm and suspension setup is stiff which gives you the confidence to consistently drive at triple digit speeds. I am getting a mileage of around 15.5 kmpl in the city and 17.5 kmpl on the highway, both of which are decent enough. The AC unit is excellent and it does cool the car within minutes during the summers. The worst point of owning a Ford car is its service, which is pathetic. The spare parts require frequent changing especially the front shock absorbers. The ground clearance is too low which makes it kiss the speed breakers quite often. You may experience repetitive issues even after Ford servicing your vehicle. I would give this car a 3-star rating as the product is good but the service is not.
