I know it is less spacious according to the other cars in the same segment but it is not very less as well guys if you have a small family go ahead and buy chevy beat because it is the best car in these kinds of segment easy to handle with best features go for the top model it is available in many colors but I like green and red only if any girl is looking for the car small car go for it, you will praise it thank you

Popularly known as SPARK in the western countries, the sexy compact Chevy beat has become one of the most prominent hatchback cars on Indian roads.The diesel variant was launched on 25 July 2011, and I bought the car in next year and I'm contented with the performance and the active response.While talking about comfort and convenience, as the top end model is loaded with all the features like Auto AC, Rear Defogger, Power Windows, Adjustable Steering Column and including the Entertainment package of music player and a set of speakers. Even though being a small hatchback, the car provides ample headroom & legroom for tall persons, As I'm 6'ft Tall I never felt congestion in headroom but a little discomfort in legroom both front and rear seats. Being an expedited driver, I've always driven cars in high acceleration, but what Chevy beat has provided me with I'm stunned.The smoothest ever E-power Steering, quick acceleration, easy gear shifts and strong braking gives immense pleasure to the driver and passengers. The 1.0 L, 936 cc diesel engine enables the car to reach 100 km/h in 16 seconds and a top speed of 143 km/h which gives an adventurous spirit to rider plus a whooping mileage of 24 kmpl, so that one should never worry about fuel refilling. The best thing about Beat is the Aerodynamic Design which is so suitable for metro cities so as to reach their destinations earlier than before, overtaking other vehicles was never this easy before as the Beat's engine is better equipped for ambling at moderate speeds than full-throttle acceleration. Comparing it with other hatchback segment cars, Beat is quite sporty cum city inspired looking car with low running cost and can be bought at cost effective prices starting from Rs 5.12 lakh*.Colors provided by company are more vibrant than others and the accessories included are sophisticated in their own So,If you're planning to buy an entry level hatchback car, Chevy Beat is perfect for you under this budget, while you're getting a sexy beast for adventurous trips you're getting this active city looked sober car with great performance and specs looking standout from the other vehicles.

Got my Chevrolet Beat LT Petrol in March-2015. It's been almost 2 years stint with the car and I am glad about making a decision to purchase this car provided it's not that famous despite having all that it takes to be a popular car. Well, I'll be honest here while reviewing Chevrolet Beat LT Petrol. It is good in most aspects but not in all. But first and foremost, why I bought LT petrol and not diesel? My tastes and requirements are very singular and the feature I wanted from my car was "As I put down the accelerator, It should deliver me the pure power it has got. No holding back." Diesel being an 849 cc engine can't do much in this regard, apart from giving a soft touch to your pocket. Starting with the pros first:1. Great look, stand out in the crowd. 2. 1.2-liter peppy petrol engine. 3. Good handling and maneuver. 4. The spacious cabin doesn't feel like you are driving a hatch. 5. Good features like auto climate control, Aux in, all power windows, child lock etc. 6. Cheap(relatively) service and maintenance. 7. Silent cabin, won't hear the engine at all. 8. Silent Engine(relatively). 9. Good air conditioning. Explanation - 1. The one thing that Beat beats all and stands out in its segment is that great bold look it displays with a range of flamboyant colors. I can truly connect with the car by just looking at it. It's like I'm looking at my image in form of a car. Headlamps are good and have nice focus with adjustable projection. Similar is the case with the tail lamps. 2. The 1.2-liter petrol engine has all it takes to make it suitable for city driving. Great acceleration, nice handling. Engine performance in case of A.C on 4th level is a bit low compared to with no A.C. on. Have driven the car on the hills of Matheran and it performed really well. 3. Beat offers a good handling and maneuvering capability in crowded places and on traffic signals. With the aid of 1.2-liter engine, it can beat any traffic in the city. 4. It is a small car, nobody can deny that it has a small boot and rear seating space but in the Driver's seat, it is a whole new story. The cabin in the front row doesn't feel like a hatch car but is spacious. The visibility from the cabin is also good. 5. Nice and handy features provided by Chevrolet. Auto climate control, fog lamps, all power windows, child lock, boot light, number plate light, steering column adjustment, child lock and much more. 6. The service is relatively cheap but you should be cognizant of the fact that not every dealer or service center serves equally. Make a good choice over that. 7. The cabin is very silent and you won't hear the engine at all while driving the car (only if you won't rev up much). 8. The engine is also silent in idle mode, won;t hear much from it. 9. Air conditioning is good but not excellent, have seen better conditioning in other hatches. Hyundai Eon for that matter has excellent cooling. One more thing, the gears are small and short, delivers quick torque, ideal for city drive. Don't push above 110 kph on highways. Now the cons, 1. Disappointed with the build quality, should have been better. 2. The car is a bit shaky on uneven roads. 3. Personally, I think tires are a must upgrade. 4. A.C. does affect the power delivery. Explanation - 1. Not happy with the build quality of the car, chevy can definitely do better in this regard. The bonnet, roof, and sides are made of thin steel sheets which can't sustain much. On the other hand, the doors(including boot) are made of good quality sturdy steel which feels safe. 2. On uneven roads, the car is a bit shaky and you can feel each and every pothole on the road to the cabin. Always have to take care while dealing with potholes, many cars can go undeterred over those but not Beat. Sorry. 3. Most important, the tires which came from a company are intended to give you good mileage in city and highway but it surely doesn't give you the best ride quality. The tires I suggest are a must upgrade. 4. Yes, A.C. does affect the performance of the car but not much. It's still manageable and when you need power just lower down the A.C. Some insight, with A.C on it can pick up from 2nd gear as well, so you can guess the rest. Final Words - A good car, value for money, shortcomings are basically due to the budget. Can't provide everything in Beat's price tag.

There are lots of features in Chevrolet Beat 2016 which I will tell you about every segment of Chevrolet beat through my experience. Styling: Funky styling inside & out fall in love with Beat in first meeting, Attractive grills, Roof-Rails, Spoilers and back door handle, Unique super bike-inspired speedometer too, steering controls of musicBody-coloredDoor handles, Dual toned interiors with black and silver color, Steering mounted controls, Dashboard are made up of brilliant quality plastics which I like most and Well packed interiors (for 5). Engine and performance: The Beat Petrol has a state-of-the-art S-TECH II engine that makes driving more fun with its powerful engine generating 106.5 NM of torque. To top it all, the Beat Petrol delivers an impressive power resulting in good acceleration and pick up.In Technical terms Engine--> S-TEC II called Smart-Tech Cylinders, Type--> 4 Cylinder in-line DOHC Displacement (cc)--> 1,199cc Max Power (kW/PS@rpm)--> 57.3 kW (77.9 PS) @ 6200 rpm Max Torque (NM@rpm)--> 106.5 NM @ 4400 rpm Fuel Efficiency encountered by me: 12.8 (City) / 16.5 (Highway) Comfort: Keyless entry with fold-able key, height adjustable driver's seat with adjustable steering of tilt option, the suspension of beat which is gas charged rebound tuned suspension specially for Indian roads which make the Beat truly unbeatable! and there are plenty of storage inside the beat like side door pockets with glove box.Thanks to the hatchback's fantastic styling, comfortable interiors. What makes the Beat even better is the fact that it comes loaded with technology that is not only aimed at improving performance, but also the owner's driving experience and steering mounted controls. Safety: The quality of body(Safety Cage) of the beat is truly extraordinary, Driver Airbag, Emergency Locking Retractors translate into seatbelts that work smoothly when being pulled from the reel to buckle you up and ABS with EBD and Driver with Passenger (1+1) Airbags only on top variant. Conclusion: As the tagline of Chevrolet Beat 2016 "Fulled by Fun" feels proud to its buyers. In every aspect of design, looks, styling and comfort I gave full marks, The Maintenance cost is very low as compared to any other petrol car, key-less entry with fold-able key, and I am 6 feet tall that's why I like the feature like height adjustable driver's seat with adjustable steering of tilt option, but I feel the only thing which lags it from its competitor that the basic features in today's market is to be absent in it was ABS, EBD, Engine Immobilizer and Bluetooth is not provided as in there other variants. The top variant which is Beat LTZ only provide ABS with EBD and Alloy wheels, I think they offer these options optional in other variants. Overall it's a good package for people who wants powerful Engine in low maintenance cost.

I owned Beat diesel car from more than 1.5 Yrs of now. My daily running is 100 km. My experience with the car is good. I fond of its look and smooth running at a speed of 80-90 km/hr on which I usually run my car. Mileage is good on the local road it gives 20.2 something. Maintenance cost is also affordable around three and half thousand. The comfort of a drive is excellent. In its class, it is the best car in my opinion. The interiors of the car live up to their exterior as the same funk appeal has been carried inside as well. The Beat has a futuristic-looking dashboard with black color dominating all around and inserts of silver polished plastics at the right places. The Grand i10 has a more grown up black and beige dashboard which is more subtle and easy to use.The instrument cluster on the Beat is small and compact but carries all the information in that package. However, it does take a time to get used to it.The front seats on the Beat are slightly bigger.
