I bought Skoda Slavia on 26th September. First of all, there's only one Skoda centre in Vadodara that too out of the main city which is almost 25km from my home. I went on a long trip with family and on the way only the infotainment got hung! Immediately I had to search for a service station in delhi. Then after the first 3 months only, without any exterior force windshield broke. After so many arguments with the service station, the company agreed to exchange the windshield. Then after one month noise from the brake started coming and the AC software update came. Even after visiting the service station for this brake noise, just the next day again noise started to come. Then from Skoda staff only I received a call for service so I agreed to the service and booked an appointment. After I reached the service station I got to know that your staff booked an appointment in Ahmedabad. And service too not did do. Even my Skoda app is not working for the past many weeks. In the service station, there's no proper answer to my all questions. Also, the AC in the car does not give cooling like other cars in this segment. The car heats so much in winter afternoons too. My friend suggested I not buy a Skoda car but because of a guarantee from the salesperson, I bought this car now I won't suggest anyone buy SKODA CARS.
