I have purchased a Baleno petrol delta model, the car is quite good in terms of the interior space, interior aesthetics, mileage, exterior looks, comfort while driving etc as compared to other cars in its segment. Every car has it own drawbacks too. We cant find everything good in a car. For a middle class man with average salary will definitely go for Maruti Suzuki only and if he is a rich guy he can certainly go for i20 which gives a less mileage compared to Baleno and has better body quality, if the middle-class guy go for Polo the service cost, parts cost and mileage matters but Polo is extremely a good car in terms of body quantity, now polo is coming with 1L petrol engine with reduced power. If he goes for Etios Liva the car is good in terms of the engine, service, parts etc, mileage is little less compared Baleno but is ok but the aesthetics are quite poor compared to others, Tiago cannot be compared to Baleno segment, ford freestyle is also a good car but the resale value is the main thing people are not opting it. Hence we can say every car has its own drawbacks. If Volkswagon and Hyundai give a better mileage without reducing its power and body weight and better service and low price of parts, they can certainly dominate Maruti Suzuki. I prefer Polo 1.2L petrol engine car as the best car if someone is having money in his pocket and Baleno for those who are not interested in spending on petrol and parts.
