When pre-sales service ஐஎஸ் so poor, you can not expect better after sales service
Pre-sales: Mahindra Xylo is not the right vehicle if you want to use it for personal use. It's presales is designed only for commercial sector. I went for a test ride at sterling motors Gurgaon several times but to my surprise the vehicle which was offered for test ride was having defective clutch, despite their promise to fix the issue before next test drive. Sales people are so indifferent to individual buyers that they do not care to send me a quotation at my office email address, even after my several reminders ( they always say we will send in next 10 minutes). Though I believe that Xylo is a good vehicle and probably I would have bought it but decided not to buy it as its pre-sales is so poor that it is hard to believe that its after sales will be any better. Look and Style: OK Comfort: OK Pickup: Good Mileage: Poor Best Features: 3rd row seats Needs to improve: Pre-sales is turning away customers Overall Experience: very bad.
