Buying Experience. It was our first car, so, I cannot compare it with any other buying experience. But it was quite easy and simple. We checked out the car and we liked it (Had already placed the order online). Delivery was in time. Staff was helpful. They put in 5 liters of petrol which I believe is a basic norm these days. We had the usual photo session and ceremony at the Hyundai showroom. Cons: Not really, In reality, there are no major cons, but it would have been great if they also let the back seat passenger control there windows and doors. Front two airbags are also a must for any car and any variant these days. Amt should have been given the top Asta variant, for which we losses on one airbag, rear washer, and rear parking camera. Placement of window controls are something that will take sometime for you to get familiar with. Once you will get used to it you will like it. Pros: Now we are talking Mileage is 14km/l with ac on in city and 18km/l on highway respectively which is a decent number. As far as the pickup is concerned it is quite good. Yes, the typical amt related symptoms was there but were not a concern in day to day use. Also, the engine was very quiet. Initially, we were not able to tell if it's still on. Comfort was also good. AC is very effective(thanks Hyundai for the rear ac vents). Seats are comfortable. Handling of the car is simple and easy. This in-house amt is best. The quality of the material on the dashboard is very good. Although you will find hard plastic here and there but still we very much liked it, especially when you compare it with that of the Maruti. In fact, it is one class above of its segment. The touchscreen is very responsive and full of modern day qualities. It is equipped with android and apple car play. After sales service: My first after-sales service was after 2 months which was free. Also, they sent their employee to my doorstep for pick and drop. It was only the regular cleaning and polishing of the car. It took them 4 to 5 hrs from start to end. Conclusion: Overall performance of the car is very positive. We very much liked the hassle-free driving experience, the mileage, the quality of the interior and exterior, and the in-house developed Hyundai amt.
