Toyota are bloody cheaters

I had booked a toyota liva on 12th October, 2011 from Shinrai Toyota (nariman point, mumbai). I had done the full down payment and they promised me that the car will be delivered by 22nd October, 2011. Then they called me up on 20th of october stating that the delivery will be delayed for few days as there were some production loss. Today it is 10th november, 2011 and still they have no idea when will the car come. I have asked for a refund of my full money and they have agreed for the same. So my sincere suggestion to all the people who want to buy toyota liva don't go for it. They are having some serious issues in production and in delivering the car, they will take you for a ride by giving you false promises when you make the payment and then they will not deliver the car. I don't want others to go through what I have gone through.
