Good car ruined by the worst after sales service

A very good car, robust build, safe, has adequate features, excellent ride and handling but all this is ruined by the attitude and poor after sales service of Skoda at least in Pune. Spare availability, huge service cost, monopoly by the dealer and if this was enough so they added the people in their service dept having only one quality- worst attitude. If you have lot of money, if you are not worried with the patience killing attitude by others, can wait months for spares, can accept changing parts every now and then...then go for it.
