Back side view is a clear hatch-back look, On sudden visual it may remind you some of the leading hatch-back in market like New Figo and Its competitor TATA Tiago. The default, fit-in spoiler adds more meaning for the design with out spoiling the intention that it is for mass market. Inside of Kwid makes more resemblance from its bigger brother Duster. The same vertically elongated center console with 2 AC vents, touch screen music system and AC controls respectively. Coming into driver's space, if you were driving a sedan before, the first word you will say is COMPACT instead of very tight. You will have to adjust, look around the spaces before you start the engine first time. Because the driver seat has its limit in going close by keeping in mind that the short drivers should have a clear visibility on road. It really does the role. The road visibility is very good with cross view on par of A beam. The digital speedo meter helps you see the number(Speed) very clearly, with that petrol tank level lights and warning lights are clear. Other than that do try to read the trip meter while driving since its small to see. The small steering wheel will help you to control the drive of both city and high ways. Response is good. It comes with "a touch screen music, navigation system", saying this will should enjoy it. Because this type of features you will get only with cars more than 10 lakhs. It works very well and touch is good. For seat size and comfort you can compare this car to wagon R. Back seat can seat 3 decently, where wagon R will seat 3 tightly. The boot is very well accessible and 300 Ltrs size is large more than its segment standards. Few known negatives: Severe vibration when you release the clutch without raising the accelerator. The creeping speed is not there in Kwid. The gear release is tough some times, especially from 2nd and 3rd gear. I should check that when it goes for 1st service. The main, biggest mistake is wiper. Its is placed-in at very tight place where, for cleaning you should run the wiper, once it comes to top you should off your key. So it stops at vertical position. Then only you can bend it out and clean. Needs very attention, otherwise it may damage both wiper and front hood. Apart from this I don't see any trouble when using a single blade wiper. Next is, You will see a texture difference between body paint and both bumpers. Inside, the driver screen shows it has light icons for seat belt warning, doors ajar warning. But in reality it is not working. Need to check. Vehicle feels very lite while driving, So we have to be careful when goes beyond 100s. Back side power windows controls are missing.
