Nissan Sunny is a nightmare one should avoid!!

I made the mistake of buying a Nissan Sunny and my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. The brakes are junk and caused my car to meet with 2 accidents. Subsequently, on complaining to the dealers- Chandrani Nissan, they said the brakes were ok and that ABS Brakes worked like that only and that we needed to get used to the same! Finally, the issue was somewhat resloved after much follow up and running around. On 2nd November, the vehicle met with an accident, in which our left side door got damaged and needed replacement. Our vehicle has been lying in the workshop since 3rd November and till date have no clue as to when the vehicle will be repaired and returned to us.  It is the story of customers in India, where we have absolutely no rights to quality/ after sales service or timely and diligent response to our problems/queries. And to think that their Chairman cum CEO- Carlos Ghosn has been making big plans for his company in India!!!  I would request all prospective buyers to not fall into the trap called NISSAN SUNNY. Believe me, it us a nightmare you want to avoid.
