  I purchase a ford figo titanium on 19th April 2012, after 11 months my tyre get punched fully, when I opened the extra trye I saw a crack  inside the dicky, so on  12th April 2013 I inform the Auto Wing ford Srinagar showroon where I purchased the car. They take photo and tell me that we will inform you within two days, but they didnot inform me, after 10 days I visited again to Auto Wings Ford for same, when I camplaint there  after then they opened the bumber of back side  and tell me we will repair it without any charge, but I refused why you give me damaged car. So I tell them that I need new car because this is your fault. I saw there lot of complaints regarding same.
