Maruti Ciaz is a Luxury car. Rear seats are also very comfortable because of enough leg space. No pain in knees after long journey. Very comfortable and easy in the drive. Awesome car with best petrol engine...most refined engine with super mileage of 14 in mumbai traffic....best thing is peace of mind with maruti....and yes i know i can rely on my ciaz whether i am torching the extreme heat of jaipur or freezing cold dry winds of leh...this has got no stopping....all the features in this car are fabulous.

Excellent value for money
Purchased a pre-facelift petrol model. Good is value for money: extremely good looking, sleek, spacious comfortable and quiet but underpowered on the highway. Car came equipped with good sound system, Ac cools well but rear ac vents has very less air throw. Very good fantastic car. Huge leg room for rear seat. Base model is very good. All essential features are in base model. Music system is outstanding. Very good car. Lots of functions. A fully family car. Although it has great power and still it gives mileage approx. 22 kmpl in the city and 26 on the highway. Very much satisfied with the Maruti's car. Planning to buy one more Maruti s-cross in 2020. Ciaz also has good legroom and headroom for the rear passenger

My personal experience is that low maintenance smart service, full comfort, best services, especially polite nature. car space is very good even sitting or sleeping .very big space for luggage, the mileage is about 18 to 21 and I think this is very good for the present time.

Ciaz is better than other cars, it's completely a family car and the best thing is that mileage 25 km per ltr diesel and very less service cost and very stable to drive very comfortable in long drive boot space also good rear seat leg space much better than other cars best car in this price.

Promise not kept !!
First of all petrol mileage is nowhere near what was promised!! Despite talk claims of smart hybrid. Looks cosmetic with no real value addition. Infotainment is a disaster on 2 accounts 1) They sold a chip for 10k which is supposed to be a GPS along with car. It is totally useless. We can enter only the addresses stored therein.
