I have now done 1500 miles in my Yaris hybrid and consider myself a keen driver, I have just done the 3rd pump to pump mpg test and can confirm 59mpg. The car keeps up with anything in normal driving and could even be classed as mildly nippy. The gearbox takes a bit of getting used to but once you have is fine, the car is what it is a comfortable well spec economical small hatchback.
