Can anyone make TATA realise that customer handling is a quality ...

I bought a Safari EX (4x2)on 6 May 10.The AC is pathetic but the TATA technicians dont just seem to understand the problem and try and avoid a repair/replacement.I am smeltering in the heat of Ahmedabad after spending 9 lacs on this beast. To top it all the caliber/IQ/intellect and service standards of the Ahmedabad dealer(Cargo Motors) is realy a big enigma for me till now.How can they afford to be so callous with the whole philosophy of CRM.I guess TATAs should employ people who are literate at least.Appaling state.Can soemone advice me on the AC thing.The cooling decreases as the speed increases and vice versa.During normal city driving too the cabin doesnt get cooled.And the technicians check by inserting the guage in the vent.Anyone would get cooled if they stick their face to the AC vents;what about the cabin cooling? kindly share your inputs on ravikhanna3@gmail.com or 9998222084.

The techinicians are very fools they r labour catagry .they r not have sense and knowledge about vachiles
