Look and Style : Ok  Comfort : Ok.  Pickup Ok  Mileage 10 to 12Kmpl  in the city and 14.5 to 16.5Kmpl on the Highways.  Needs to improve : Interior plastic quality.  2nd-row seat space is more than what is required and hence the 2nd row and 3rd row should have been kept on rails so that it would have been useful for making room for luggage.  Service. Overall Experience with the vehicle is good and not worth complaining.  The vehicle has clocked 4185 km so far with sweet memories. The worst part came when complained about left side OVRM is not working properly.  The service advisor told that the left side OVRM adjustable motor behind the mirror is replaced under free warranty.  Believing the same when it was checked the problem that was earlier was not attended, in spite, they have falsely told that they have replaced the unit without replacing.  When the same was brought to the notice of the service advisor (the person who has attended our vehicle) he answered as per his whims and fancies leaving no solution for the same.  Also on the day when our vehicle was left for service by 9-30 AM on 9-10-2012 at Garudacharpalya, Bangalore, the same was delivered at 9-30 PM without properly attending the vehicle with false assurances of replacement of the above unit.  Though the vehicle was water serviced at 9-00 PM, it was delivered in a hurry without attending to the other works after water service.  My humble request is to direct the service centre employees not to do such things.  I hope necessary steps will be taken in future.   Thanks.
