A new beginning, Tata Bolt, entirely different from Vista.

Tata Bolt, the brand new hatchback from the homegrown manufacturer Tata Motors looks promising. I got to see the car at the Delhi Auto Expo. The car was painted in white matte finish was sharing the grand stand with the company's another new product Zest, a sub-four meter sedan. The front headlamp are slightly different from Tata Vista, while the tail-lamp cluster is completely changed as for now it is more sleek and sporty as compared to those long Christmas tree tail-lamp design. Even the fog lamps are now covered with the black plastic cladding. I also got the chance to peek inside the car, though the security guard and lovely models keep pushing me away from the main stand. The central console looks wide and features Harmon music system with a large 5-inch touchscreen infotainment system. The instrumental console gets the rpm meter along with average fuel economy and distance to empty or that what I saw.  Before the unveiling, the car was known by its code name Falcon 4, is based on X1 platform. The power comes from the automakers newly invention 1.2-litre Revotron engine with turbocharged inter-cooled and MPFI technologies. I am now waiting to get my hands to drive this powerful hatch. I presume the test drive would stat from mid May or June 2014.
